Job Description
The main purpose of this job is to manage client base by selling a range of computer hardware, software and other ICT goods and services.
Primary Objectives:

- Identify and generate new ICT business opportunities.
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of products and services, through attending Vendor and Product management training sessions – either virtual, in-person or events.
- Managing client base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
- Maintain and drive customer breadth targets, by reaching an optimal number of customers on the dealer base.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Ability to close deals
Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years in ICT Sales experience
- Must have cold calling sales experience.
