Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Graduate to join our team in an ICT distribution environment. As an IT Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the technology infrastructure and systems within our distribution center. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, implementing and maintaining network systems, and providing support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Implement and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor system performance and security
• Provide technical support to end users
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technology initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends

• Onboard new resellers.
• Accounts creation.
• Refer queries to the Sales, PM and Technical colleagues, as necessary.
• Assist in general administrative & technical tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ICT distribution processes and systems is a plus
